Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Executive at AGG Global Pte Ltd in Singapore. The Event Executive will be responsible for planning and executing events, managing logistics, coordinating with vendors and clients, and ensuring the success of each event. Roles & Responsibities

*Identify and onboard potential clients in the hawker, coffeeshops /restaurants and food courts

*Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and negotiationm skills

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Key duties and responsibilities

1. Checking of reports

2. Record the company’s Bitcoin mining machine data

3. Check the externally hosted electricity bills

4. Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies

5. Performing day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, recording bank documentation, and filing documents

6. Generate monthly reports detailing accounts receivable status and end-of-period

7. Ensure continuous improvement of processes

Required/Preferred Skills:

• Certificate in Nitec/Diploma in Accounting or other relevant certificate
• PC literate with Microsoft Excel and XERO accounting software
• Basic accounting principles and key finance terms
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Ability to work both independently and / or within a team environment
• Attention to detail – follows procedure accurately and carefully and completes report or other documents accurately

Salary:

$3,000- $3,500 per month
