Responsiblities

Involve in one or more teams in supporting and upkeeping our Satellite Communication systems running smoothly through

• Troubleshooting works, of integrated systems consisting of electrical, mechanical and electronic subsystems in both indoor and outdoor environment

• Workshop bench test to troubleshoot faulty Radio Frequency and baseband equipment using common engineering tools and support test equipment

• Technical writing of Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) of Radio Frequency and baseband equipment

• Technical writing of documents like work instructions and manuals

• Proficient in the use of support test equipment like multimeter, spectrum analyzer and power meter

• Proficient in operating simple tools

• Able to understand Radio Frequency Engineering drawings or Electrical circuits

• Supporting of overseas exercises when called for

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering in Electrical/Electronics and Communication / Information Technology or equivalent

• Possess at least 5 years of maintenance/operating experience on the Satellite Communication system or with Alcatel/Cisco switch and router networking and Information Technology administration experience

• Ability to learn and pick up skills quickly

• Good leadership

• Self-motivated

• Possess Class 3 driving license is an added advantage

• Standby/recall duties are required on the rotational basis

• Must be willing to travel at short notice

• Working location is in Ang Mo Kio

Job scope

• Handle full set accounts

• Monthly Payroll preparation & CPF submission

• To perform basic HR functions

• Submission and follow up on government grants

• Maintain records of invoices, debits, and credits.

• To verify the validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales team and customers.

• Responsible for resolving valid and/or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries.
