• Prepare and provide reports and proposals to customers as required.
• Responsible for ECN (Engineering Change) and new BOM (Bill of Material) management, which includes item master creations.
• Manage FAA (First Article Approval) submission and approval.
• Maintain customer part numbers in ERP system.
• Handles new customer requirement that involves ERP system update and UAT.
• Work together with manufacturing engineer & production to define the relevant process or packing instruction.
• Prepare and participate in customer audit on new SKUs or artwork.
• Ensure FAA Tracking List and BOM master list are well maintained.
• Ensure prompt billing of invoices and assist in overdue payment collection.
• Manages inventory level for raw materials, work-in-progress and finished goods.
• Identify potential improvement initiatives.

Requirement

• Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or other relevant discipline
• 2 – 4 years of relevant work experience in Supply Chain / Logistics field
• Knowledge in MRP / SAP System will be advantage
