What you'll be doing

• Oversee daily healthcare service operations, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage services and resolve issues
• Analyse data to identify improvements and optimise processes
• Support the development and execution of operational strategies
• Assist with healthcare service-related project management

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree level
• 1 - 2 years of experience preferably in customer facing and administrative role
• Proven experience in a similar service operations role, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

Job Descriptions

• Management of cargo flow/space control by trade verticals with internal stakeholders.
• Coordination of cargo booking with internal sales teams and reporting principals.
• Assist supervisor in preparing reports for the responsible trade.
• Assist in any other ad-hoc assignments when required.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Shipping-related, Maritime or Logistics disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in similar scope or logistics industry field is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot table & V-lookup), MS Words & Power Point applications.
• Ability to prepare reports and present to trade verticals.
• Possess interpersonal skills with high level of integrity and professionalism.
• Possess strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• A team player who can work independently.
• Self-motivated individual who is result-oriented and resilient in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Accounts Executive/Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing our financial operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting our business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle company full set account for not less than 3 years
• Experience in import and export, be able to handle trade facilities, trade finance and L/C related matters
• Prepare monthly audit schedules, financial reports.
• Submission of GST.
• Prepare payment for expenses and petty cash.
• Prepare monthly journal entries
• Liaise with auditor, bankers & tax agent.
• Assist in recruitment process.
• A good team player who can work with minimum supervision.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirement:

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent qualifications with 1-2 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience in MYOB is added advantage.
• Bilingual is required, to liaise with Chinese associates.
• Experience in steel, mining industry is preferred.
