Your Role :

As an Events Executive, you’ll :

• Collaborate with Events Manager to bring creative visions to life, managing planning, budgeting, logistics coordination and onsite execution.
• Work closely with our creative and production teams, as well as third-party suppliers, to ensure seamless delivery of every project
• Lead onsite operations including venue management, registrations, coordination with speakers and crew
• Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with strategic clients and partners

• Prior experience in event management, conference planning or related fields - especially in an agency setting
• A Degree/ Diploma in Marketing Communications, Business or a relevant discipline
