Key Responsibilities

• Creation of Sales Orders and updating/amendment of Sales orders for inter-department circulation.
• Assist in inter-department (eg production, purchasing, shipping, etc) coordination of Sales Orders.
• Assist in liaising with customers with regards to the Sales Orders.
• Upload, periodically maintain and update all Sales Order documents.
• Compile and generate reports.
• Preparation of cost statements.
• Support shop weekly operations.
• Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising warehouse operations, including deployment of operators and equipment, inventory management, and reporting function.

• Lead, develop, and supervise a team of workers (below 20 staff) to support the activities of the company.

About the role

As our Facilities Management Property Executive (M&E), you’ll be the go-to person for all things related to the upkeep and optimization of facilities under your care. You’ll oversee maintenance, regulatory compliance, and safety, ensuring every corner of our building operates smoothly and efficiently. This role offers a blend of hands-on oversight, strategy, and sustainability focus, helping our team create a safe, sustainable, and welcoming environment.

What you will be doing:

• Overseeing facility maintenance and repair activities, upholding high standards of safety and regulatory compliance.
• Conducting regular inspections of M&E equipment to maintain optimal service levels.
• Managing and renewing service contracts, licenses, and permits, ensuring they remain current and compliant.
• Proposing improvements, repairs, and upgrades to enhance building functionality and efficiency.
• Coordinating and supervising contractor performance, ensuring timely, high-quality service.
• Implementing energy-saving and water conservation initiatives to align with our sustainability goals.

What we’re looking for someone who’s:

• Bringing at least 5 years of experience in property management / facilities maintenance / equipment management.
• Green Mark and FSM certified candidates are highly preferred.
• Skilled in customer service, with strong communication abilities.
• Knowledgeable about complex technical issues related to building maintenance and eager to propose innovative solutions.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assessment and Issuance of Letter of Guarantee (LOG) in accordance with policy contract and guidelines
• Ensure LOG are concluded within the agreed turnaround time.
• Follow up calls to the customers when necessary
• Ensure that exceptional customer services are provided
• Identify and escalate cases to supervisor where necessary and ensure closure of escalated cases
• Liaise with intermediaries, hospitals and various other parties
• Answer enquires via email and phone call
• Key in call details into the system
• Provide admin support to the team when required
• Assist and/or provide training and/or coaching when required
• Ensure that the various KPIs are met
• Undertake any other ad-hoc projects assigned by supervisor or head of department

Qualifications:

• Diploma or higher educational qualification.
• Completion of Health Insurance Certificate is preferred.
• Claims Experience of at least 1-2 years in Health Claims
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Good command of both written and spoken English.
