Duties of Public Relations and Communications Manager:

• Develop and implement corporate communication strategies to enhance brand reputation, align with company values, and manage crises effectively.

Requirements:

Partnership & Engagement

• Engage community partners to grow the public education network
• Content creation and designing of materials
• Collate and analyse data for public education and communications efforts
• Supporting the team in administrative tasks such as handle enquiries and correspondence for ad hoc request for collaterals, coordination with partners and logistics for events and workshops

Plan and execute Domestic Violence Awareness Talks for stakeholders

• Conduct talks for relevant organization
• Identify and engage organizations that could benefit from attending the talks
• Work with team in curating and customizing the content of talks to suit the needs of the organizations
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the talks and making recommendations for improvements

Recruitment and training of new volunteers

• Support the team to engage newly approved volunteers
• Conduct briefings for new volunteers
