The Courage Chapter has been engaged to conduct a search for a Outreach & Development - Marketing Senior / Executive for our client, an IPC Charity Organization.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As part of the Outreach and Development team, you will support the marketing communications, partnerships and outreach efforts at the IPC Charity, to further the work, profile and presence of the organisation. Focusing on the IPC Charity’s branding, marketing materials, outreach opportunities, touchpoints with various stakeholders, social media as well as media engagements, you will support the IPC Charity with:
- Strategic Communication and Brand Storytelling: Crafting compelling narratives that align with the IPC Charity's mission, articulating the impact of its services, and building strong brand awareness amongst stakeholders (including funders, potential and existing donors, community partners and public).
- Digital Engagement and Data Analysis: Proficiently utilising digital platforms to engage target audiences, and measuring effectiveness of campaigns and adjusting strategies for maximum engagement through data analytics.
- Partnership Building and CRM Expertise: Developing partnerships and managing relationships through effective use of CRM tools to expand the IPC Charity's network.
- Creative Content Development and SEO: Creating engaging content optimized for search engines to enhance online presence and attract traffic to the IPC Charity's digital channels.
- Adaptive Project Leadership: Managing and executing integrated marketing projects that are responsive to the evolving needs of the community, and aligned to the IPC Charity’s strategies.
- Planning, Measurement & Metrics: Setting, monitoring and evaluating targets and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of the IPC Charity’s branding and communication strategies and initiatives.
This role may require you to work on weekends and public holidays if there are programmes or events. You will work closely with the Outreach & Development team members. You may also be required to work on other areas and projects as assigned by your Reporting Officer, the Board and Management.
Preferred Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in marketing communications, outreach, partnerships or related fields.
- Prior experience in the social services sector will be an advantage
Technical Competencies
- Ability to write well for various platforms and target audiences, and ability produce and deliver proposals and pitches.
- Strong competency in creative content development and SEO
- Data analytics for digital and social media platforms
- Experience with graphic design software will be an advantage.
