WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT - PURPOSE:

The incumbent is responsible for :

1. Responsible for fostering close collaboration with all key stakeholders and Business Service function to support the Procurement brand and outreach. With reporting line to the Cluster Procurement Lead.

2. Managing procurement activities for the Marketing & Sales category within own cluster in additional to supporting the local organization with other strategic procurement activities. Works in close collaboration with global category lead for appointed category and local management for all other strategic sourcing and contracting initiatives as well as effective management of local supplier relations. Contributes to the development of assigned category and implements the right procurement strategy in close collaboration with business partners within own cluster. Secures the supply of goods and services required by the organization to the specified quality, service and cost criteria through the implementation of harmonized and consistent sourcing strategies. WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES:

Category Managment Strategy: The incumbent is responsible for procurement activities of the appointed business category within own cluster. Rolls-out appropriate strategies setforth by the Global Category Lead, provides sound direction for appointed category and ensures close collaboration with all cluster stakeholers. Works in close collaboration with Global Category Lead/Procurement Cluster Lead to ensure global startegy considers local requirements and that suppliers' list is managed in the most efficient & effective manner for the cluster.

Suppliers' Management: Identifies and manages regional/local suppliers' pool. Negotiates strategic contracts and ensures optimum and sustainable supply conditions. Recommends timely strategic decisions where relevant to prevent procurement inefficiencies. Ensures sustainability of supply and effective supplier relationship management throughout the supply chain. Demonstrates ability to challenge status quo, proposes and runs projects that will add value to both Procurement and business functions. Provides necessary support to Global or Regional procurement teams for implementation. Supports Global Category Leads to build Innovation & Sustainability strategy with Global suppliers and promotes any ideas that could represent a competitive advantage for JTI.

KPIs & Targets: Achieves set Procurement negotiation targets and KPIs. Plans and delivers Savings targets. Develops and recommends strategic sourcing plan/decisions. Leads and /or supports supplier bidding processes in close cooperation with respective business partners to ensure best combination of quality, cost and service parameters / conditions for products and services are attained. Drives strategy implementation at local and cluster level for assigned category and monitors performance. Ensures corrective actions are taken when required.

Business Partnership: Focuses on demonstrating value of Business Partnership, by developing a customer-oriented approach. Aligns strategy with key business partners and ensures it meets Business' priorities. Establishes alignment and effective communication among procurement organization, business partners and suppliers. Takes preventive actions to avoid supply issues and resolves problems in due time. Assumes responsibilities for additional projects, tasks as assigned by his/her superior and reflect core behaviors in all aspects of work.

Market Intelligence: Shares Category intelligence, identifies trends and opportunities. Applies best practices in procurement process management by utilizing latest models and takes necessary actions for areas of improvement. Conducts supply risk assessments, builds contingency plans, finds alternative ideas, solutions in securing best conditions for the company including extensive market research and proactive sourcing of innovative suppliers.

The Communications Manager plays an integral role in bringing APLMA’s mission and vision to further life. Responsibilities:

About the role:

• Lead the design and delivery of change and improvement plans and projects which support the goals of Acclivis’ clients other key strategic initiatives
• Re-engineer digital workflows and improvements and lead the re-architecture/re-design of apps and services to materialise process improvements
• Prototype new solutions that leverage ServiceNow modules ITSM, CSM, Asset, SLM/SLA, Service Catalogue, Service Portal, Knowledge, Discovery, Performance Analytics, Service Mapping, Event Management Integration, Mobile UI, Chat/Connect
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams for better customer enablement
• Define project scopes, objectives and deliverables to achieve launch and implementation within timeline and budget
• Scope and implement tools to monitor application responsiveness, increase automation and reduced downtime to better achieve SLAs.
• Lead and/or perform third-party Management/Integration with other ITSM tools & 3rd Party tools

Requirements:

• ITIL Expert preferred
• Understanding of the IT infra and handled infra projects as Service Delivery Manager in past
• Knowledge of Server & Network management
• Working knowledge and experience with ServiceNow development/ customization/enhancements.
• Understanding of foundational concepts and able to navigate the relationships between ITSM Processes, IT Service Management Process requirements, and business/IT management needs that are moderate in nature which may span multiple ITSM Processes

Job Responsibilities

Accounts Payable

• Manage and monitor the work performed by GBS, ensure accuracy and completeness in accordance with accounting principles and all relevant regulations, laws and standards, smooth month end/year end closing and no material adjustment raised by auditor. This includes review the transaction, journal, accounts reclassification, accrual etc.
• Monitor the creditor aging report closely and ensure no overpaid & overdue invoice which will jeopardize company reputation.
• Manage escalation point on Open PO, GRIR and resolve the long outstanding.
• Review the hedging request submitted by GBS and ensure we have sufficient coverage and reduce the currency risk exposure.
• Key contact to resolve any invoice or payment discrepancy issue with GBS, external party(vendor), business operation.
• Key person to deal with any audit issue related to Accounts Payable function include external audit, any regulatory bodies or internal audit team.
• Treasury support for cashflow forecast, change of bank authorisers, banker guarantee application etc

Accounts Receivable

• Manage and monitor the work performed by GBS, ensure accuracy and completeness in accordance with accounting principles and all relevant regulations, laws and standards, smooth month end/year end closing and no material adjustment raised by auditor. This includes review the transaction, journal, receipt allocation/application, debtor provision, till control recon etc.
• Monitor the debtor aging report closely, minimise the overdue debtor.
• Review balance sheet schedules relating to accounts receivable functions include bank reconciliation and follow up the aged item with GBS and business operation.
• Key contact to resolve any invoice or collection discrepancy issue with GBS, external party(customer), business operation.
• Key person to deal with any audit issue related to Accounts Receivable function include external audit, any regulatory bodies or internal audit team.

Others

• Provide technical expertise and advice on accounting related matters to GBS, business operation.
• Lead and drive SAP ERP system implementation / new business development and recommend improvements to workflow and processes.
• Other ad-hoc duties as required and/or assigned.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting. CPA is a plus.
• Strong technical accounting background and with supervsiory experience.
• At least five years relevant experience is required. Past experience in a shared service environment is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, i.e. Microsoft Excel, Power point and Word especially good command of advance Microsoft Excel formulas and functions.
• A hands-on leader with demonstrated skill in leading, building and nurturing finance teams to support business strategies and goals.
• Strong organisational, problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to interact effectively with all levels within the organization.
• Good time management to meet deadline and able to multitask in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
