Mandatory Skill-set

• Experience in end-to-end procurement activities (i.e. budget approval, tender/quotation, purchase requisition, invoice tracking and verification);

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing and managing car park operations within a 24/7 environment;
• Prepare and update all car park operational processes and generate regular reports;
• Develop and present proposals for operational improvements to both customers and internal management;
• Ensure the project meets all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Standards set by the company and the client;
• Develop, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency;
