• Ensure compliances to all relevant labour laws, including those related to employment contracts, benefits, and workplace rights.
• Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's insurance policies, ensuring adequate coverage for all risks. This includes coordinating renewals, reviewing policy terms, and liaising with insurance providers to ensure optimal coverage and cost-efficiency.
• Align HR initiatives with the organization’s overall strategic objectives, ensuring HR supports the company’s long-term goals.
• Oversee the HR department’s budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented for all HR functions.
• Prepare and present HR reports to management, offering insights on staffing, turnover, employee performance, and other key HR metrics.

Requirements:

• Possess Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a human resources or HR-related role, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial position preferable in Retail/Service Industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel for reports/ data analysis, PowerPoint for presentations, Word for policies and internal communication).
• Knowledge of Labor Laws: Strong understanding of local Employment Act, and compliance requirements, such as anti-discrimination, Tafep guidelines, and other HR-related legalities.
• Ability to identify challenges or HR-related issues, analyse root causes, and propose solutions, especially in areas like performance, employee relations, and retention.
• Mature with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.

• Assists the Outlet Manager in preparing annual operating budget in conjunction with Director of F&B.
• Assists the Outlet Manager to maximize profitability of the restaurant & room service.
• Ensures that staff completely understand company policies & standards
• Assists the Outlet Manager in analyzing menus and products of competitive restaurants & room service.
• Assists the Outlet Manager in recruiting, training and evaluating employees.
• Assists the Outlet Manager to inspect the physical condition of furniture and decorations.
• Checks the tidiness & cleanliness of staff, ensures grooming standard is implemented.
• Checks and ensures the timely submission of the Daily bar inventory and par report, against restaurant or bar sales report at the end of each shift.
• Conducts daily briefing and de-briefing for a function assigned.
• Prepares effective duty roster to ensure sufficiency of manpower in accordance to volume of business.
• Communicates effectively with quests, subordinates, immediate superior and other section heads.
• Prepares daily cover count and revenue report for the outlet.
• Attends daily F&B briefing, F&B Meeting in the absence of the Outlet Manager, and all other training sessions and meeting required for the position.
• Administers personnel action, on leaves, overtime requests, disciplinary actions and commendation.
• Identifies and solves problems in service in a professional manner. Handles guest complaints professionally.
• Reports and controls breakage and losses in the assigned outlet.
• Implements cost savings procedures in electricity, operating supplies and other controllable costs in relation to service operation.
• Knows and understands all the food and beverage policies and procedures in service of food and beverage in order to ensure the correct implementation.
• Follows control procedures in food and beverage cost and cashiering.
• Promotes guest satisfaction in the outlet.
• Receives and handles booking inquiries and special arrangement.
• Controls the requisition point and par stock level for beverage supplies, food supplies, guest supplies and bar supplies in the outlet.
• Coaches and counsels captains, bartenders and waiters effectively.
• Motivates a strong team within the outlet section.
• Communicates openly with the service personnel and keeps them informed of all important information to assist them in their jobs.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Outlet Manager, Director of F&B.

The Assistant Manager, Information System shall assist the Manager, Information System to plan, direct and oversee activities dealing with a company’s computer and information systems. He/She shall coordinate jobs related to the hardware, software and network that the business uses. He/she shall spearhead the establishment of cybersecurity system for local and regional facilities.

Key Responsibilities Include:

· Developing and overseeing the cybersecurity measures for the organization.

· Evaluating the organization’s IT needs and finding ways to improve the products and systems in place for

enhance productivity, security and efficiency.

· Recommending upgrades and enhancements to top management, explaining the key benefits of new tech-

based investments for the organization.

· Scheduling and supervising IT projects such as upgrades, migrations, system updates and outages.

· Assist in managing IS team members, assisting in performance evaluation and offering guidance for

advancement within the company.

· Identifying opportunities for IT training and developing classes that will equip employees to make the best use of

the products and systems available.

Requirements :

· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent with minimum of 3 years of work

knowledge in cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements, and end-user computing.

· Experience with conducting security risk assessments and incident management.

· Proficiency in maintaining and managing Microsoft technologies - Office 365, Active Directory (ADFS, DHCP, CA,

DNS, RMS), Exchange Service (O365).

· Good work knowledge of security risk management, security governance framework and compliance (IT Security

Audit/log review), technical vulnerability management (Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration testing),

application security, security technologies (system hardening, IDS/IPS, firewall), security incident response and

security assessment.

· Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, or other cybersecurity credentials) are highly advantageous.

· Excellent project management skills and experience with budgeting, resource planning, and risk management.

· Mandarin language is preferred to liaise with China counterparts and overseas vendors.

· Work experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.

· Travelling up to 25% of the time is to be expected.
