Job Description & Requirements

1. Operational Management:

• Oversee the daily operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, and catering services.
• Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served according to quality standards.
• Monitor and manage inventory, ordering supplies as needed.

2. Staff Management:

• Hire, train, and manage staff, including servers, chefs, bartenders, and other personnel.
• Create work schedules and assign duties to ensure smooth operations.
• Motivate and lead the team to provide excellent customer service.

3. Customer Service:

• Ensure that customers have a positive dining experience.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that arise.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service and offerings.

4. Financial Management:

• Develop and manage budgets for F&Boperations.
• Monitor financial performance, includingsales, expenses, and profitability.
• Implement cost control measures tomaximize profits.

5. Menu Planning and Development:

• Work with chefs to create and updatemenus, considering customer preferencesand seasonal ingredients.
• Ensure that the menu is well-balanced,appealing, and priced appropriately.

6. Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure compliance with health, safety,and hygiene regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintainhigh standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Stay updated on local and national foodsafety regulations.

7. Marketing and Promotion:

• Collaborate with the marketing team topromote F&B services through advertising,promotions, and special events.
• Develop strategies to attract morecustomers and increase revenue.

8. Supplier and Vendor Relations:

• Negotiate contracts with suppliers andvendors for food, beverages, and othersupplies.
• Build and maintain strong relationshipswith key suppliers.

9. Innovation and Improvement:

• Continuously seek ways to improve thequality of food and service.
• Stay informed about industry trends andincorporate innovative ideas into thebusiness.

Responsibilities

• Develop daily/monthly operational and financial reports, dashboard/matrix to keep track of department’s productivity and financial performance.
• Monthly review of Transportation department’s financial performance against historical results, forecasts, and budgets, and provide recommendations to reduce redundancy, improve efficiency and ensure financial targets are met.
• Timely review of accuracy of Transportation statistics required for weekly and monthly reporting purposes.
• Review department’s billing and statistical recording processes and implement procedures to straighten any process inefficiencies and ensure billing and data records are timely, accurate and complete.
• Maintenance of daily and monthly operational data for statistical reporting.
• Involved in contract tender exercise for department’s required products and services with Procurement and respective Operations teams and conduct detailed review of terms and clauses for contractual agreements.
• Support and review financial aspects of operational projects and initiatives which drive process improvements and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure procedures are in line with Finance, Procurement and Compliance requirements.
• Review of Transportation department’s contractual and purchase requisition listing to ensure timelines are complied with Procurement and Compliance requirements.
• Perform ad hoc and routine analyses supported with data and financial projections/impact as assigned by Management for strategy and operational decision-making purposes.
• Interpret and analyze business statistical data to support Operations teams with execution of process enhancement initiatives.
• Spearhead on the development and maintenance of annual operating and capital budgets and preparation of budget justifications for Transportation departments.
• Key liaison between Transportation and other internal stakeholders (Procurement, Compliance, Finance) to address questions relating to department’s financial performance, reports and any relevant processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years work experience in similar capacity
• Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook

Responsibilities:

We are looking for compliance personnel to assist in enhancing the compliance risk framework of the company. The candidate will help to manage and execute the compliance programs, provide policy guidance and to carry out compliance training for the company’s diversified investment business groups. Depending on the candidate’s experience, duties will include the following:

• Conduct compliance reviews and monitoring/surveillance across the company’s business activities;

• Develop risk-based compliance programs to facilitate the execution of compliance reviews and monitoring;

• Advise the business units in meeting regulatory requirements through implementing appropriate compliance risk policies, assisting with the design and implementation of risk and compliance management initiatives, and enhancing and improving internal processes and procedures;

• Review the completed risk and compliance assessment returns from each area of the business, identifying trends and areas of concern and working with the business units to reduce any unacceptable exposures to regulatory risk;

• Provide compliance training and support through issuing of internal compliance updates, training modules and compliance guidelines

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years’ relevant experience in compliance, audit or risk management in the securities, financial advisory or fund management industry

• Should have knowledge of key applicable regulations in Singapore such as the Securities & Futures Act, Financial Advisers Act, MAS Notices and Guidelines, AML/CFT regulations

• Excellent writing and communication skills

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish / optimize infrastructure design and enhance existing processes to meet business goals

• Plan and coordinate the functions of Infrastructure, Network and EUC

• Identify customer and operational needs of multiple on-premises and cloud-based solutions, serving as a subject-matter expert and trusted source to management, supervising and evaluating the performance of assigned staff

• Oversee and deliver reliable IT infrastructure, Network, and EUC operations with established metrics, KPIs and SLOs

• Maintain and evaluate Lifecycle management of infrastructure hardware

• Deliver operational excellence and infrastructure best practices for both on-prem and Azure setup

• Identify hardware, software, external service cost estimates, and resource requirements to meet assigned project scopes and objectives.

• Works closely with internal users, partners to proactively manage all Infrastructure, Network and EUC topics and requests

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Studies or Information Technology or related discipline

• Strong knowledge of hardware and networking

• Minimum 8 years experience

• Ability to work in a team as well as independently

• Ability to communicate across different functions and levels of audiences

• Effective at acquiring an understanding of a problem or situation, with good problem-solving skill.

• Fundamental Cybersecurity knowledge on perimeter defense

• Knowledge in OT setup is an advantage

• Knowledge in architectural and construction industry is an advantage

· Manage overall operations for relocation service.

· Supervise movers as per job requirements for relocation services.

· Conduct operation/manpower planning based on job requirements.

· On site survey for relocation/storage services.

· Handle incoming calls and attend to email enquiries to manage customer’s expectations. · Establish and maintain good relationship with customers.

· Maintenance of daily operational matters / equipment / vehicles.

· Liaise with customers on job requirements and arrange/coordinate scheduling to customers’ request as well as operation requirements.

· Maintain discipline on matters such as punctuality, standard, and attitude.

· Have good computer knowledge (Microsoft Office/Google sheets) and communication skills.

· Coordinate with warehouse team on storage as well as stuffing and unstuffing of goods

· Review and ensure all invoices are duly submitted for finance’s processing

· In case of emergency, take up role of driver for relocation service.

Requirements:

· Degree holder with at least 5 years of experience in moving sector and warehouse management.
