Job Description

• Identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
• Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information
• Prepare project proposal, think for a temporary time frames, schedule and budget
• Prepare work statement or methodology
• Monitor, track and report of project's progress, and handle and issues that arise

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in CIVIL Engineering only
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the construction industry, ideally with involvement in all stage of a project's life cycle, from tendering to handover (Completed a whole project cycle)
• Prior experience in infastrutural, HDB surface carpark improvement works, NPARK/SLA project, relating of construction and landscape works or terms key related project.
• Solid technical knowledge for Civil Engineering project and contract administration
• Good interpersonal, analytical and organisational skills including lead project teams with results orientated
• Proactive and ability to work in face-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines
