About ReCAAP ISC

The Regional Cooperation Agreement on Combating Piracy and Armed Robbery against Ships in Asia Information Sharing Centre (ReCAAP ISC) is the first regional government-to-government agreement to promote and enhance cooperation against piracy and armed robbery against ships in Asia.

The Agreement entered into force on 4 September 2006 with 14 Asian countries as Contracting Parties, and the Information Sharing Centre was established on 29 November 2006. To date, 21 States have become Contracting Parties to ReCAAP.

To fulfil its vision as the Information Hub for combating piracy and armed robbery against ships in Asia, ReCAAP ISC enhances regional cooperation through information sharing, capacity building and cooperative arrangements.

The primary role of a Global Category Manager – Marketing Communications is to lead and implement procurement strategies, vision, and governance across the organization. This position heads the Procurement team, fostering unity across regions and promoting the sharing of best practices and knowledge. Alongside adhering to established governance, policies, and processes, the role involves protecting the company's assets and reputation through effective internal control systems, procedures, and legal compliance. • Engage with ESG analysts and rating agencies, providing necessary disclosures.

Investor Relations Materials:

• Prepare press releases, announcements, presentations, and website content.
• Conduct research and analysis on REITs and the real estate industry.
• Plan and execute investor and analyst events (e.g., AGMs, roadshows, and conferences).

Management Support

• Develop scripts and FAQs for senior management for key events (AGMs, EGMs, and quarterly results).
• Provide daily market updates through news scans.

Website Management

• Maintain and upload announcements to the company’s website.

Requirements:

• Degree in sustainability, communications, business, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in investor relations or sustainability.
• Proficient in English and Chinese (written and spoken) to support bilingual communication and materials.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Familiarity with the real estate industry, sustainability reporting, or finance/accounting is a plus.
• Resourceful, analytical, meticulous, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for copy-writing and designing of all marketing related collaterals, such as brochures, newsletters and electronic direct mailers etc.
• Provide support to Marcom Manager on all Marcom related duties such as analysis, managing of social media and media monitoring.
• Manage, plan and execute in-house guests’ events and celebrations.
• Assist in the maintenance and up-keep of contents on the Treetops website.
• Uphold duties as a Data Protection Officer to provide support in the implementation and management of the Treetops' Data Protection compliance programme.

Job Scope:

• Work closely with the Fundraising and Volunteer Management teams to develop and create impactful collaterals and publicity materials for fundraising campaigns, appeals, events, roadshows as well as volunteer training toolkits, webinars and recruitment. These include copywriting, developing print collaterals (letters, brochures, posters, banners, videos, resource packs, and merchandise) and digital (website landing pages, digital assets, eDMs, videos, and powerpoint presentations)
• Liaise with vendors and design agencies
• Provide other administrative and operational support for events and campaigns.
