The Director of Marketing and Communications, Asia Pacific (AP) is an integral part of the AP resource mobilization and engagement leadership team and global marketing and communications function. They are instrumental in advancing TNC’s 2030 goals through communications that engage and excite influential audiences. The Director of Marketing & Communications, Asia Pacific leads communication and marketing efforts for both internal and external audiences, including integrated themes, consistent messaging, compelling campaigns, and collateral materials. Duties include:

RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE

AP & Global Collaboration:

· Collaborate with TNC leaders, internal and external key stakeholders, including executive leadership and internal teams, donors, and volunteers to achieve regional goals.

· Work closely with senior marketing leadership on regional and global levels to synthesize core TNC marketing initiatives for optimal performance in the AP market.

· Provide strategic leadership in managing a decentralized but integrated marketing and communications structure across the Asia Pacific region.

Regional Team Management:
