Key Responsibilities

• Fundraising & Investment Develop and implement fundraising strategies, actively engaging with venture capital (VC) firms, private equity (PE) firms, and other potential investors.
• Lead capital-raising efforts, including negotiations and managing associated documentation.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with investors, providing regular updates on
