Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the Organizational Risk Management processes to identify and highlight potential high-risk areas for the management team.
• Review documents related to outsourcing and third-party management, including policies, procedures, manuals, and outsourcing registers, to ensure compliance with the new MAS outsourcing Notice and Guidelines.

• Maintain and develop a framework to manage environmental risks in accordance with regulatory expectations, coordinating with relevant departments.
• Assist and support the Head Office in all organizational and operational risk administration and project deliverables.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, particularly with hands-on involvement in outsourcing and BCP management, within organizational or operational risk management in financial institutions.

Responsibilities

In order to effectively undertake the responsibilities listed below, we are looking for a candidate who has experience in both corporate communications as well as marketing communications functions. This person will need to be a strong writer who is well-versed in the different types of content writing to communicate effectively in a corporate environment as well as in marketing copy. It is also essential to be experienced in digital marketing.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining a clear and strong corporate image of the organisation through accurate and consistent application of the corporate identity and values, initiating and implementing corporate communication programmes and campaigns to strengthen the corporate brand. This includes corporate social responsibility initiatives, corporate events and trade conferences.
• Developing, drafting content and maintaining effective communications materials for both internal and external stakeholders including the corporate website, social media and other promotional materials.
• Strategising, developing and implementing campaigns for marketing communications purposes to promote our products and services. This includes online and offline platforms.
• Conduct media monitoring and manage crisis alerts.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with minimum 8 years of relevant working experience
• Exceptional verbal, written communication and editing skills in English. Command of the Indonesian language will be an advantage.
• Experienced in strategising, developing and leading digital marketing campaigns.

The WSHE Officer is responsible for carrying out all the environmental, health and safety tasks to create and maintain a safe workplace and culture.

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:

• Discharge duties as relevant in the WSH Act, WSH (Workplace Safety and Health (Officers) Regulations and Environmental Public Health Act

(B) Essential Job Functions:

The Administrative Officer is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

General

• Coordinate office activities in compliance with company policies.
