Job Scope
· Answering incoming calls from parents with enquiries on fees and centre related matters
· Liaise with departments or centres to answer the parents' enquiries
· Analyze customer issues and assist in resolving within the required timeframe
· Maintain accuracy of data
· Ensure achievement of deadlines within the required timeframe
· Deliver any other tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
· Minimum "O" Level holder
· At least 1-2 years’ experience in contact centre environment
· Good verbal and written communication skills in English
