· Attend to customers including front-counter duties.
· Handle calls, inquiries, and appointments
· Provide administrative support such as cashiering, scanning, data entry, word processing, photocopying, and printing.
· Perform basic problem analysis, troubleshooting, general housekeeping & maintenance, to resolve problem reported with minimal upward reference.
· Follow agreed work practices and operating procedures.
· Collate and consolidate information for reporting purposes.
· Ensure work meets quality specifications.
· Adhere to work safety measures and information securities standards.
· Undertake any other administrative duties as assigned by seniors and executives.
· Any other duties as and when assigned.
Working Days & Time
- Mon to Fri – 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Sat – from 8.30am to 12.30pm
