Responsibilities

• On-site Supervision of the following areas: Architectural;
• Review and check all the drawings, specifications, and to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with the approved plans/drawings;

• Provide weekly reports on site activities, including identified issues, proposed action plans, and solutions implemented to resolve them.

• Quality control of all architectural and finishing works such as inspecting materials and workmanship and performing tests to check the quality of materials;
• Assist in the review of contractor's method statements and working procedures and ensure that contractor proceeds in accordance to approved method statement;
• Keep, maintain and submit daily site record on progress of works, instructions given to Contractors, materials delivered to site, daily activities and weather conditions at site, number and visitors at site and any other significant information;
• Attend site/coordination meetings as directed;
• Prepare defects snagging list, monitor the progress of rectification works and ensure all the defects are satisfactorily rectified;
• To ensure all the contractor’s works are in statutory compliance

Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities:

As the Food Safety and Quality Assurance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food safety, quality, and compliance with ISO22000 for our central kitchen, supermarket counters and trading business under the subsidiary company.

Your key responsibilities include:

1. Compliance Management:

• Oversee and implement food safety and quality management systems in accordance with ISO22000.
• Conduct regular internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal standards.

2. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of all food safety and quality assurance activities.
• Prepare comprehensive reports for management, summarizing key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

3. Training and Development:

• Develop and deliver training programs for operation staff at the central kitchen and supermarket counters on food safety protocols and best practices.
• Keep the team informed about updates in food safety regulations and industry trends.

4. Incident Response:

• Establish and implement effective procedures for handling food safety incidents and product recalls protocols.
• Conduct thorough investigations into any breaches of food safety standards and recommend corrective actions.

5. Supplier and Vendor Management:

• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality and safety of raw materials used in our production processes.
• Evaluate and approve suppliers based on established criteria.

Qualifications:

• Certification in ISO22000.
• Proven experience in food safety and quality assurance, preferably in the sushi and sashimi production industry.
• Strong knowledge of local and international food safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and training skills.

We are looking for experienced and motivated individuals to join our dynamic Facilities Management team as Facilities Officer.

As the Facilities Officer, you are responsible for the building Facilities Maintenance (defect standard) and building services (under the scope of the Developer) at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and supervise maintenance/ defect activities to ensure inspection programs and preventive maintenance works are carried out as planned and per standards expected.
• Follow up promptly on corrective maintenance works to minimize downtime and maintain a safe environment.
• Manage and supervise daily and cyclical cleaning programs, and conduct regular inspections and monthly performance assessments to ensure cleaning standards are met.
• Manage upgrading and improvement works, understand scope and requirements, develop work proposals, and estimate associated costs.
• Oversee procurement of services, supervise work progress, and ensure materials and workmanship meet standards.
• Review and track site progress through meetings and inspections to meet the user's project completion timeline.
• Manage and supervise defect periodic structural inspections conducted by appointed Qualified Persons according to the planned schedule and follow up with rectification of identified defects.
• Manage and supervise logistical setup and technical support as required.
• Identify improvement works, maintenance needs, and cyclical maintenance programs and derive/ submit the budget required for the new Financial Year.
• Support the other tasks assigned.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of work experience in the building or facilities management industry, preferred in condominium/ residential setting.
• Good knowledge of building services design, installation, and maintenance/ defect
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Self-motivated, positive working attitude and customer-oriented
• Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with different levels of people.
