Responsibilities:

• Manage, mentor and coach the relevant team members to achieve quality and productivity for optimal customer experience

Responsibilities:

• Act as first point of telephone contact for customer support requests
• Obtain precise customer personal particulars, vehicle registration, car ownership (raise change management form for amendment / update)
• Check for support agreement / warranty validity per local guideline.
• Ensure all inbound/ outbound calls, including customer compliments and complaints logged in CRM system are defined

Job Requirements

• Minimum NITEC or Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Preferably with 2 to 3 years experiences in customer relation

The candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional assistance to guests, answering enquiries, offering guidance and ensuring a positive guest experience. This role demands a proactive individual with strong communication skills.

• Attend to general enquiries from Public and NTUC Members on amenities at Downtown East and Clubhouses
• Assist with NTUC Membership, Starter and nEbO recruitment and membership promotional activities
• Handling all telephone and walk-in enquiries, tenants promotions and feedback from Guests. Assist in developing action plans in organising delight programs/initiatives to delight guests at all info counters
• Able to maintain database of membership recruitment efforts

Requirements:

• Diploma, Higher Nitec, 'O' or 'N" Level
• At least 2-3 years of work experience, preferably in customer service. Have experience in cashiering and handling POS
• Require Intermediate level for Microsoft Excel and Basic level for Word and Powerpoint. Candidates with relevant experience will be considered for senior roles
• Must be able to work on shifts/weekends/public holidays
