Property Officer

Duration: 2 years (Extendable and convertible to perm)

Working Hours: 5 days; 830am - 6pm, must be able to support after-office hours

Salary: Up to $3k + AWS + VB + HP Allowance

Job Responsibilities:

• To provide supervision and ensure that all repair and routine maintenance works undertaken by the contractors are carried out properly and completed satisfactorily in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract.
• Schedule and ensure breakdown, preventive and corrective maintenance activities are carried out effectively.
• Perform regular inspections and handle enforcement work at the common property areas and to ensure that such common property is in satisfactory and serviceable condition and properly maintained according to the standards required by the relevant authorities and to recommend any works which are necessary.
• Certify completion of jobs undertaken by contractors and to make recommendation for payment thereof.
• To co-ordinate all consultancy works on maintenance matters performed by professional consultants and apply and obtain all necessary licenses and certificates from the relevant authorities where necessary.
• Responsible of investigate, check and analyze reported breakdowns and faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by your Manager.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Facilities Management Services / Estate Management / Building Maintenance / Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• ITE with relevant township experience can be considered.
• Good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• To conduct site inspections
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work beyond normal working hours (5-day work week) and on weekends/ PHs where required
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice

Responsibilities:

• Manage the accounting documentations for the department such as issuing payment instructions, preparing payment disbursements via the accounting system, prepare tax invoices and record keeping of payment/receipt transactions
• Provide administrative and logistics support such as arrangement of transportation, accommodation, restaurant or office meeting room booking etc. for Department’s internal and external business functions/events
• To assist in trade related documentations and other assigned office duties in timely manner
• Provide additional administrative support to another Department such as processing department’s expense claims and the accounting/administrative documentations for Department Head’s business trips
• Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks to be assigned

Requirement:

• Candidate must have minimum Diploma in Business Administration or Equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in administrative role
• Proficient in MS Office applications and accounting systems such as SAP and Acumatica
