The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth coordination of project activities, managing budgets and project finances, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with grant requirements. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with researchers, stakeholders, and funding bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the group’s grant
• Developing and maintaining project documentation, including work plans, progress reports, and budgets.
• Monitoring project expenditures to ensure compliance with grant guidelines
• Processing claims and expenditures in accordance with university guidelines
• Liaising with funding bodies, researchers, and collaborators on group matters
• Tracking project milestones and deliverables, ensuring timely completion and reporting
• Organizing meetings, workshops, and events related to the project.
• Assisting in preparing funding reports, renewal applications, and project evaluations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in philosophy or equivalent professional experience in project management.
• Experience managing grant-funded projects or research initiatives.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with financial reporting and budget management.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of philosophy and physics is a plus.

Working Hrs: 6 Days work week, 7.30am-6pm

Salary: $6500 – $7500, Depending on Qualification, Experience & Capability.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Workplace Safety and Health or equivalent
• Must be Singapore Registered Safety Officer / Workplace Safety & Health Officer with MOM
• Must have at least 3 years WSHO experience in LTA projects, tunelling projects

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identifying and recommending best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce work process risks, raise safety awareness, and improve safe work practices.
• Conduct or coordinate In-House Awareness Program, Safety Promotions or other safety-related activities
• Perform safety audits and inspection of the Company’s worksites to identify and correct potential hazards, and to ensure safety regulation compliance.
• Investigate accidents, near-miss incidents, and occupational injuries to determine causes, install preventive measures, and manage return-to-work activities.
• Prepare hazard analysis reports and examine and ensure workplace records are kept under the WSHA.
• Other duties assigned by Project Manager
