• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients.
• Lead the promotion of key services, including dispute resolution, legal audits, and corporate legal services.
• Train and mentor staff on client communication and sales techniques, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
• Monitor sales performance, generate reports, and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals and generate quality leads.
• Represent Regal Law LLC at networking events and client meetings to strengthen the firm’s brand.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role (experience in the legal or professional services industry is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
• Ability to strategize, plan, and implement effective sales initiatives.
• Leadership skills to guide and inspire a team toward achieving targets.
• Knowledge of Singapore’s legal and business landscape is an advantage.
