Principal Responsibilities

1) Patients Relations Engagements

• To establish contact with patients and their family (next-of-kin or spokesperson or designated caregiver) at the point of referral (hospital tour) or upon admission to the wards.
• To be the point person of the hospital for the patients and their family.
• To implement workflow to ensure a positive experience at every touch point with patients and their family.
• To identify caregivers stress and discern sensitive issues and offer counsel/suggestions to solve the problem or to handle the situation.
• In any crisis situation to advise and support the Head of Department and the staff on the appropriate approach and action to be taken to diffuse anger and tension, at the same time relate to the patient and his/her family to offer empathy and counselling, where necessary, to calm the situation. Offer practical solutions and support to the patient and the family where caregiver stress has been identified.

2) Patients Experience Programmes

• To work with Corporate Communications, Pastoral Care Services and Nursing in organizing patients’ engagement events.
• To develop programmes and events to promote patients’ engagement and improve patients experience.

3) Family/Caregivers Engagement

• To proactively identify caregivers stress and engage caregivers in conversations for the purpose of offering empathy and support, solutions and resources that will enable them to cope better.
• To collaborate with external agencies like Caregivers Alliance in supporting the caregivers and post discharge follow up.
• To participate in ward processes relevant to patients’ relations and experience.

Secondary Responsibilities

• To provide training in dementia care to staff as well as to caregivers.

• Position: Operations Manager (Logistic/Warehouse-WMS-MNC)
• Location: Alps -Transport provided from Tampines and Bedok
• Working hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (8.30am to 6.00pm)
• Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $8500+ AWS + Medical + Dental
• Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• To lead and manage at least one operation of company’s logistics operations (Warehousing &
  Transportation) including monitoring and achievement of Operation Key Performance Index i.e. Order
  Accuracy, Safety, Housekeeping and Security of Operation, Warehouse turn-around-time, Billing and
  documentation, Inventory Management (Control, Accuracy and level), Overtime Ratio & Labour
  Productivity.
• Review and management of Revenue & Expense of operations including Continuous monitoring of
  expenses, Accurate application of revenue, Negotiate and reduce costs on hired contractors, verify
  and authorize payment(s), Continuous sourcing of contractors,, management & maintenance of assets
  and maximize profitability.
• Review of Operation status with customers & management on a timely and regular basis.
• Provide management report on operation status and budget figures on a timely and regular basis.
• Manage and Develop the entire operation team
  Staff training plan, Recruitment of operations staff, Staff development activity and Ensure efficient communication between inter- departments.
• Managed all related matters pertaining to facility, safety and security issues.
• To maintain good working relationships with customers.
• Assist sales team in securing new business, including; conduct of facility tours,
  presentations on operations, site visits for customers to present capabilities and / or gather data and
  coordination effort with engineering and IT teams.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering, Business or equivalent,
  Diploma Holders of similar fields are also considered.
• Minimum total 8 years working experience with minimum 4 years in the Logistic Industry, preferred in similar
  capacity.
• Good working knowledge of the following operations areas – distribution, inventory planning, network analysis, materials management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee day-to-day construction management of projects and provide timely updates to management
• Manage project team, site supervisors, workers, materials and equipment effectively and efficiently
• Procuring and allocating resources to ensure no shortages while avoiding any unnecessary delays
• Monitor and supervise entire project team to ensure compliance of work and to ensure works are delivered in a timely manner and in accordance with quality standards
• Establish strong working relationship with all stakeholders including staff, workers, contractors, suppliers, clients etc. to ensure smooth operations of projects
• Manage manpower costs, project costs and expenses to ensure optimal cost benefit
• Attend and/or chair meetings with clients, architects, engineers and workers
• Identify possible risks to projects and stakeholders, create contingency plans to mitigate these risks, and respond quickly to work delays, emergencies and other problems
• Oversee all inspection activities including quality and workplace safety and health checks
• Prepare progress reports for each project
• Ensure all changes to specifications, work scopes and drawings are properly documented
• Manage site document filing and record keeping in accordance with International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) standards
• Any other ad-hoc projects and duties as required by the management

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma holder in Civil Engineering/Building or equivalent
• Singaporeans/PRs preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant industry
• Proficient in reading and understanding CAD (2D & 3D) and Revit BIM drawings
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills
• Demonstrate high levels of integrity, professionalism and technical competency
• Highly knowledgeable in project processes and procedures, building regulations, and health and safety legislation.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills
• Good written and spoken English
• Able to commit 6 days per week
• Required to work in construction sites & factory
• Candidates with Class 3 driving license and own vehicles preferred

• Transport allowances will be provided to employees with their own vehicles
