• Identify new poduct development opportunities, including lightweight aluminum, recycled aluminum, and solutions for green energy sectors.
• Stay updated on technological advancements and innovations in the aluminum industry, such as automation, aluminum recycling, and energy-efficient processes, and integrate them into the company’s growth strategy.

Leadership and Team Collaboration

• Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and corporate departments, to exeute business development strategies.
• Provide leadership in driving a high performance culture, fostering innovation, and ensuring team accountability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree is preferred but not essential.
• At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic planning, preferably in the Non-Ferrous Metals sector.
• Strong ability to analyze market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and development business cases.
• Proven track record in negotiating contracts and forming strategic partneships.
• Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams, collaborating across departments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Possess good understanding of sustainability trends in the aluminum industry and a commitment to green initiatives.
• Experience working with global teams and possess good understanding of regional market dynamics and customer behavior in different geographic areas.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, and evolving industry.
• Ability to travel as needed to explore new markets, meet clients, and attend industry events.
