Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Under the Test Engineering team, you will design, build and deploy test equipment with the objectives to ensure products meet design specifications
• Prepare project plan and coordinates the attainment of project deliverable from planning to implementation. Maintains matrix for process improvements
• Drive project deliverable and task details by through the use reports, tracking charts and, checklists
• Aligns the activities of resources internal to the business unit to achieve on-time and within budget performance objectives for the project
• Monitors, and reports to the business unit on project's cost performance
• Participate in intra business unit design teams to complete projects
• Contribute to the team's technical development in the pursuit of the team's project goals
• Research causes to project obstacles and assist in implementing solutions for resolution

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Engineering with minimum 6 years of relevant experiences
• Strong equipment and electrical background
• Proven project management experiences
• Proactive and resourceful personality
• Good communication and follow-up skills
