• Supervise and manage the Service Team.
• Keep all the systems installed in Asia at the agreed level of efficiency.
• To oversee routine maintenance and repair tasks in accordance to maintenance instructions/procedures.
• Take responsibility to maintain all the tools, test equipment, and test jigs required for Service Team usage.
• Meet the service level for both Preventive Maintenances and Corrective Maintenances Tasks.
• Take control of local inventory and generate weekly report on usage/top up.
• Participate in new machine installation, commissioning, buy off and reports.
• Participate in data analysis on new and old failure on system.
• Laise and communicate with customer to provide Service weekly report.
• Publish weekly report and other related reports as per request.
• Perform any job assigned from time to time by the management.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for establishing strategic relationship with customer and supporting in customer's day-to-day operation and shipments
• Responsible in collaborating and coordinating with cross functional teams to achieve delivery commitment and meet customer's
• Responsible for managing backlog, prioritize customer's needs, provide alternate and garner resources to ensure seamless operation and program execution
• Responsible for reviewing customer demand forecast and resolve material supply constraints to support customers' delivery request dates

Requirements

• Min Degree in Engineering or relevant
• Min 8 years of working experience in Manufacturing Industry in program management and planning
