• Work within JLL policy and limits of authority (LOA) when requesting works to proceed; or prior to approval of any reactive/quoted activities

Ideal Experience

• 2 years of experience in Event management and organizing
• Good customer handling experience
• Experience in managing registers, space, calls, vendors, food program
• Experience in MS Office and basic computer skills

Responsibilities:

• To share with residents about the model of care at the CCA, including the scope of services and other add-on services.
• To share with residents about the different payment options and offer financial counselling to ensure awareness and prudence of residents
• To conduct a short questionnaire to better understand future resident demographics and assist in the necessary data collection/management.
• Any other adhoc duties as required by supervisor
