Job Summary:

JOB SUMMARY

JOB SUMMARY

The Rehabilitation Counsellor, as part of the Community Intervention Team (COMIT), provides assessment, counselling, therapy, case management and psychoeducation support for clients with mental health issues including dementia and their caregivers.
