At the Project Level

§ Planning the Project: Defining the project’s scope, determining what resources are available/needed, estimating time and financial commitment, goals of the project,
intended outcome/deliverable(s), as well as how to monitor and report on the project’s progress (metrics).

§ Assembling and Leading the Project Team: Create team from available resources,
assign roles/functions/tasks to team members, ensure understanding and alignment on goals and deliverables, provide team members with parameters/expectations (in terms of time, cost and quality), ensure team members have necessary tools to

§ Monitoring Progress: measure progress and compare against metrics determined in the planning stage. Adjust to keep project on track or to realign. Evaluate and assess result of project.

§ Reporting and Documentation: Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions.

§ Management and control of the delivery of multiple concurrent projects.

Manager – Franchise Recruiting (APMEA)

As a key member of the International Business Development team, the Manager – APMEA Business Development plays a critical role in helping this vision come to life by leading the franchising efforts for new market entries across Asia Pacific and Middle East and Africa. Drives Wendy’s new franchise recruiting efforts across APMEA for both Traditional & Non-traditional opportunities. Manages all new franchise recruiting programs/processes and drives the recruitment, selection and placement of new APMEA franchisees. Helps to manage efforts of the Global Recruiting Coordinator/Specialist to ensure candidate progression through the pipeline. Tax

IPP, Singapore's oldest and largest Licensed Financial Adviser, is looking to recruit Business Development Managers for a specialist, growing team focused on advising international and expatriate clients.

We are looking for BDMs to proactively source and screen prospective clients, reach out to them via networking events, email campaigns and extensive cold calling, and subsequently arrange meetings between them and our Financial Advisers. Therefore, aside from excellent lead generation techniques, candidates must have superb communication skills and will ideally have demonstrated this in previous work experience.

The role will involve a high degree of telemarketing activity and the successful candidate will ideally have experience in this field as they will be required to make a minimum of 100 telemarketing calls every day, without fail. Only the most driven, tenacious candidates should apply.

The highest level of written and spoken English will be required as not only will you be required to build rapport and demonstrate verbal skills of persuasion, you will also need to reach out to Prospects via email and social media marketing campaigns. To that end, candidates who have demonstrable experience in such online marketing campaigns, particularly those with proficiency in using LinkedIn for this means – and for broader Business Development purposes- are highly sought after.

Our target market segment are generally high level Executives, so any experience in working with this Group would be advantageous. This includes Europeans whose native language is not English, so the ability to speak (and/or write) in European languages other than English would be a positive.

Successful candidate can expect a basic salary in the range of $3,750-$5,625 dependent on skills and experience, plus commission on target commission earnings of circa $40k.

As Domain Consultant Manager, you are the technical leader for your Domain Consultant team. Your team provides technical expertise and guidance in customers’ network security and zero trust journey. • Collaborate with all relevant parties, including facility management, architects, and M&E consultants, to ensure engineering designs and user specifications are met and compliant.
• Participate in project tender meetings, offering technical insights to the tender team, while also preparing and managing project timelines and monitoring activities to ensure adherence to execution schedules. Additionally, provide occasional technical support to the sales team and ensure that Workplace Safety and Health regulations are enforced on-site.

What we are looking for:

• A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar engineering field is required with experience in ACMV and Biosafety Level 3/4.
• Ideally, candidates should have 3-5 years of relevant experience in managing and designing construction projects.
• A valid Class 3 driving license and personal vehicle would be beneficial.
• We’re looking for a team player who has a positive, can-do attitude.
