The candidate required to perform the following functions.
· Supporting and maintaining the shop network systems (POS, Firewall, Leased / ADSL lines, etc)
· Interface with users & identify computer related needs and provide appropriate software & hardware support.
· Assist with diagnosing & resolving problems with servers, desktops, networks & all other related equipment.
· Servicing of user’s requests and providing support for all in-house software requirements.
· Administration of the network servers.
· Carrying out the upgrading of the shop systems (POS, network, servers, desktops & related equipment / software).
· Track and maintain accurate records of all equipment, software, incidents, activities and services provided.
· overseeing system administration, network, cybersecurity, and support.
Assist in the disposing of obsolete, defective or non-serviceable equipment.
· Optimize IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
· Implement and monitor security measures against cyber threats.
· Ensure routine backups are performed and the anti-virus software is always up to date.
· Ensure IT practices comply with laws, regulations, and industry standards.
· As and when required, will provide briefing to the users on the usage of the office systems (standard applications, office network and related processes).
· Managing software and hardware installations and upgrades.
· Any other tasks assigned by reporting Director
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in computer and information system fied
Minimum one year experience
