Qualifications:

Description :

The senior Windows Server Engineer/Lead is a technical specialist working as part of a Wintel Enterprise Operations Team. The Team provides to an enterprise level client base responsible for incident resolution, processing of change requests, and contributions to problem management for all Wintel platform cases. Daily review and action of open cases; updating Operations Management on current cases and their status as appropriate.

Update Operations team on any projects being worked on.

To provide comprehensive handovers to peers at the end of shift.

Attend Daily Operations and Change Review Meetings as required.

Log cases to 3rd party vendors requesting assistance on unresolved issues.

Compliance - Working with Client base to organize and schedule compliance items such as hardware and software updates including firmware revisions and OS and Sub-Systems patching.

Technical Skills

• 6 years of excellent knowledge of Windows 2008, 2012 and associated platform(s) and/or tools,
• Hands on experince in Vmware 6.5 and above.
• Good knowledge and experience in Active directory forest and multiple domain trusts
• Good knowledge in Microsoft clustering
• Experience in DHCP,DNS, GPO
• Knowledge of Storage technologies, virtualisation like VMware, MSSQL and Citrix (useful)

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for tender and quotation updates.
• Liaise with Procurement and Contract Managers on requests.
• Renew maintenance contracts, overseeing the entire process from approval to award.
• Prepare letters of award and compile contract documentation.
• Coordinate contract commencement meetings with vendors.
• Conduct final account assessments before contract expiry.
• Manage and maintain records of maintenance contracts.
• Analyze contractor assessment results and coordinate vendor management with Facilities Managers.
• Assist with audits and reporting related to contracts and vendors.
• Perform administrative tasks as assigned and support team members.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or Facilities Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in contract management / procurement in building facilities/ services related.
• Experience in tender process (e.g. calling tender, tender evaluation, and tender award).
• Candidates with Quantity Surveying background is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and budgeting.
• Team player, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with e-sourcing tools like Ariba, Acubuy, and SAP is a plus.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Handle treasury-related administrative tasks, including opening and maintaining bank accounts and internet banking, requesting fixed deposit rates from banks, and preparing slides or email updates for cash portfolio management.
• Prepare reconciliations for carpark collections and refunds.
• Verify audited sales against reports, and follow up with customers to obtain missing reports.
• Manage various administrative duties such as uploading invoices for customers, scheduling meetings, booking meeting rooms, and performing ad hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualifications: O Levels, A Levels, or Diploma.
• Background in Accountancy, Business, or Finance is advantageous.
