Are you passionate about audio-visual technology? Join our team as an AV technician and take charge of operating and managing AV and video conference (VC) systems for a range of virtual and physical events. From ensuring seamless setups and tests to conducting preventive maintenance and producing maintenance reports, you'll play a vital role in keeping our AV systems running smoothly. The primary scope of technicians will be the AV and video conference (VC) systems. The scope includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Conduct preventive maintenance and regular inspections of installations, fixtures and fittings, equipment, common facilities, and property to ensure they are clean, safe, and in good working condition.
• Undertake minor building, mechanical and electrical repair work, and handyman work (such as changing light bulbs, resetting drawer locks, etc.).
• Monitor and attend to maintenance service requests, investigate, and initiate corrective actions for any service and equipment breakdown or fault detected during routine checks, servicing and maintenance.
• Daily, weekly and monthly inspections of key facilities, systems and critical areas.
