Job Description:

• Operate, manage, and maintain VMWare ESX and HCI technologies

Responsibilities

Maintenance Phase:

Job Resposibilities:

• Field Support: To carry out Corrective Maintenance (CM) as a result of failure of the hardware and software related to a mission critical system. To restore the system to its operational condition. 1. Manage Customer complaint processes such as acknowledgement of the complaint, updating into SAP, keeping track of the complaint, closure of the complaint & summarizing for monthly reporting.
