Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee multiple marine construction projects, from initiation to completion.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements and specifications are met.
• Monitor progress, identify potential risks, and propose solutions to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Prepare and review project documentation, including reports, drawings, and permits.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to enhance project outcomes.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support project success.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in civil engineering or related projects; experience in marine construction is a plus.
• Strong interest in exploring and building a career in the marine construction industry.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in project management tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and CAD software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with teams and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site as required.
