We are seeking a dedicated M&E Project Engineer Cum Drafter to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing mechanical and electrical (M&E) aspects of construction projects. Roles & Responsibilities:
Oversee M&E works on various construction sites to ensure timely completion, quality, and budget adherence
Prepare and review M&E designs and drawings in compliance with regulations
Coordinate with contractors and consultants to resolve technical issues
Conduct site inspections and address any quality or progress concerns
Submit progress reports and maintain project documentation, including shop drawings, BIM coordination, and as-built drawings
Collaborate with procurement for material sourcing and equipment management

Requirements:
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred)
1-2 years of experience in the M&E industry in Singapore
Proficiency in AutoCAD, with Revit skills as an advantage
