Requirements:

• Diploma, Degree in Marketing / Business or any relevant discipline

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a group of technicians, and manage contractors in the execution of refinery maintenance activities.
• Ensure preventive maintenance is carried out as planned, monitor progress and performance of critical equipment and conduct failure analysis and implement recommendations for reliability improvement.
• Develop and implement work plans, including purchase requisitions, selection/evaluation of contractors, as well as maintenance activities scheduling and costing.
• Supervise, audit and carry out timely updates of equipment data & maintenance information.
• Develop and conduct Risk Assessments, safety training, work procedures etc.
• Participate in project review to identify maintenance aspects/impact on project.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 2 years’ experience in maintenance of plant equipment, preferably in oil refinery/petrochemical or related industries.
• Candidates without relevant experience may be considered for entry-level position.
• Good knowledge of computerized system for routine and TAR maintenance. Familiarity with SAP and Primavera will be an added advantage.

• Work Location: Changi Naval Base
• Working days: 6 days 8am to 5pm
• Salary: Above $3000 (depends on experience)
• Project contract based (Estimated 27 months until project completion)

Job scope

• To coordinate and execute all QC procedures, documentations, and records.

• Collaborate with planner to develop daily, weekly and monthly delivery plans.
• Monitor subcontractors to ensure delivery is carried out as per scheduled.
• To arrange storage of product.
• Carry out monthly stock take as when required.
• Keep records of inspection and before/after repair of defect products.
• Arrange for testing of raw materials such as rebar, aggregate, cement and precision tools.
• To lead internal and external QA audits (ISO9001)
• Well versed in HDB, BCA, SCI requirements.
• To work with design team on technical issues and subcontractor on quality issues
• Take initiative to resolve quality issues of delivered product as highlighted by clients.
• Coordinate closely with client representative such as RE, ARE and RTO.
• Engage with production team to deliver high quality works.
• Prepare a monthly analysis and report to management with recommendations for improvement and preventive measures.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
