As a Senior BIM Engineer, you will report directly to the Design Manager and play a critical role in managing and executing BIM processes for ACMV/HVAC systems. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and overseeing accurate 3D models, ensuring alignment with project requirements, and collaborating across various disciplines to ensure seamless integration and coordination of the models. 1. BIM Modelling and Management

• Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for ACMV/HVAC systems in construction projects, including components such as air handling units, ductwork, piping, and associated equipment.

• Review and approve shop drawing submittals.

• Participate in design meetings, coordination workshops, and BIM coordination meetings.
• Liaise with project managers, architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure the project design and execution plan are clearly understood.

About the role
As a Systems Deployment Engineer, you will take a commercial product through installation, deployment, and proof of concepts. You will also drive innovative approaches to operating and supporting infrastructure to achieve results.
