Job Requirements

•Monitor and control material management on site as to ensure proper storage and unnecessary wastage.

•Provide for site safety and security, devise and implement site policies and procedures.

•Supervise and evaluate staff, complete employee reviews; keep accurate records of employee attendance and timesheets; provide positive direction to motivate quality performance, discipline personnel when necessary and appropriate.

•Report working progress to managers.

Willing to work under the sun and at times overtime and on weekend or holiday.Construction worker , can do the timber, rebar job , working at project site ,structural work. not afraid of dirty, not afraid of tired.Operate of machine, Can use construction machine, knowledge of construction safety . At least 10 years of experience in construction industry.Manage site activities, vendors and sub-contractors，assist the Project Manager in the daily execution of work.Attend meeting, coordination, prepare works schedule & site supervision.Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.Responsible for all aspects of site safety.Proven experience as construction worker . Experience in operating equipment like trench rammers , drills, pneumatic hammers. Knowledge of mixing and pouring constructin material ( concrete, sand, grout etc. ) Knowledge of basic engineering and construction principles and methods.Be bilingual,fluent in English&chinese.

Maintain safety in construction site

• Handle foreign worker and staff related duties such as work pass application, medical examinations arrangement, training course application, registration of address in MOM portal, etc
• Handle all related Workers Dormitory Issues
• Assist in monitoring attendance, process payroll, staff claims and leave management.
• Prepare HR-related letters e.g., Employment, Confirmation, Acceptance etc.
• Assist in recruitment, posting of job advertisement, schedule interview for hiring.
• Manage foreign workers' administration including on-boarding and off-boarding.
• Handle any statutory claims like WICA, MI, Foreign worker levy waiver.
• Assist in training course registration, maintaining training records, training evaluation, and databases.
• Maintaining of personnel records and ensure filing are up-to-date

Job Description

a) Report to the Project Manager. Responsible for the EHS systems and implementations.

b) The detailed duties and responsibilities includes but not limited to the following:

i) Assist and advise the Project Manager on EHS planning for overall project scope and detailed activities.

ii) Study and fully understand the requirements of company ISO, EHS and sub-contracts agreements.

iii) Liaise, handle and keep proper records in dealing with all related authorities in complying with their respective requirements.

iv) Conduct regular site audits to ensure compliance with EHS requirements. He is authorized to take necessary actions including issuance of partial stop work order as he and the Project Manager deem fit.

v) Handle all accident and incident reports.

vi) Work as a team with project team members and sub-contractors to provide a safe working environment.

vii) Prevention of fines, imposition of demerit points and SWO from the authorities or owners like MOM, NEA and HDB is a key role which is also a key performance measurement of WSHO cum ECO.

viii) Ad-hoc matters as assigned by the PM which is necessary for the execution of the project.

Job Description

a) Report to the Project Manager. Assist the Project Manager in managing certain section(s) of the project, as assigned by the Project Manager and shown in the organization chart.

b) The detailed duties and responsibilities of Assistant Project Manager includes but not limited to the following:

i) Prepare detailed programme and ensure that the assigned tasks are completed within the time frame as stipulated in the master programme.

ii) Implementation of all ISO quality, EHS, green and gracious procedures and requirements.

iii) Complete the project with quality to meet client's / consultant's requirements.

iv) Ensure compliances to Authorities’ requirements.

v) To deal with consultants and owners on all matters including solving of technical problems, submission of shop drawings and samples, etc.

vi) To ensure that the appointed sub-contractors are able to complete the sub-contract works within the schedule and comply with the technical and contractual requirements.

vii) Manage the actual cost of works so that they are below the budgeted costs.

viii) Manage the subordinates so that they are following work systems, productive, and encourage team work among the team members.

- Mininum 8 - 12 years' experience

i) Coordinate with all the parties including sub-contractors and consultants to solve and coordinate technical issues, production of drawings and ensure proper transmission of data to all parties involved. Ensure that the detailed schedules of drawing production and site progress are met.

ii) For quality management, the coordinator is responsible to fully implement with the quality recordings, carry out result analysis and formulate action plans for continuous improvement.

iii) Supervise site works according to the quality and EHS requirements.

iv) Handle all inspections and handing over process with the final objective of achieving customer satisfaction and high Conquas/QM score.

v) Ad-hoc matters as assigned by the PM which is necessary for the execution of the project.
