Job Description
-Supervise, monitor and control
project for compliance to
specifications and drawings.
-Resolve site technical issues to ensure
inspection and approval by the
consultant of the work done.
-Laise with main-contractors, subcontractors,
clients and other parties
involved in the projects.
-Attend site meetings, inspections,
prepare and submit necessary
documents/reports for projects.
-Day-to-day management of the site,
including supervising and monitoring
the site labour force.
-Able to provide technical advice and
solving problems on-site.
-Ensure compliance to all
Governmental, Building Rules,
Regulations and Safety at site
-Other ad-hoc tasks within the
Managerās capability
Job Requirements
-Min 2 years of relevant working
experience in construction industry.
-Able to work independently.
-Excellent communication and
negotiation skills.
