• Assist in the management of project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost control measures are implemented.
• Oversee quality control procedures to ensure adherence to project specifications and industry standards.

• Evaluate the master programme and monitor work progress
• Prepare cost estimates and monitor progress claim, interim certificate and issue payment response

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop 3D BIM models and prepare deliverables based on requirements for submission to BIM Manager and consultants.
• Maintain up-to-date 3D model according to the latest information and audit regularly.
• Ensure accuracy of shop drawings.
• Generate 2D drawing, documentation, and As-Built BIM model and detailing submission based on company standards.
• Conduct BIM co-ordination with other disciplines such as clash detection, etc.
• Coordinate with Sub Contractors to exchange latest updates and models.
• Create BIM objects, families, templates with proper parameters for project and company use.
• Develop virtual mock-up based on requirements.
• Ensure BIM models are usable for quantity take-offs.
• Assist the coordinators and BIM Manager on modelling and drawing matters.
• Perform Quality Control checks before the release and exchange of BIM models and drawings.
• Support tasks assigned by the project team.

Job Requirements:

• Specialist Diploma in BIM.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM modelling, drawing preparation and coordination.
• Proficiency and in-depth working knowledge of BIM with relevant software knowledge in Revit (AR, CS, MEP), Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM360, etc.
• Knowledge in BIM360 / ACC Build.
