Job Responsibilities
- Reviewing, planning, and developing landscape or building/site design projects and for coordinating and overseeing the work of architects, engineers, and consultants
- Liaise effectively with building professionals (architects, services engineers) in delivering designs to satisfy the agreed brief
- Develop and prepare construction documents, plans, and details
- To ensure work is construct in accordance with contract and drawings.
- Planning of Architectural Works and micro scheduling with other disciplines.
- Using knowledge of Architectural Specialties Products and supplier capabilities to ensure customer orders are fulfilled either as requested or that alternatives are presented.
- Implement and ensure Quality Control Plan (QCP)
- To carry out inspection/trade demo/ material testing / mock-up- Attend sub-con meetings.
- To check and ensure compliance with TOP check list and RI (Arch)
- Demo and shop drawings submission and submittal reviews comment from consultants.
- To update Architectural progress with scheduling tools.
- Ensure work activities are carried out in safe working environment.
- Other adhoc duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor/ Management.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Architectural or Civil/ Structural Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
