• Responsible for documenting all relevant project information, including meeting minutes, contracts, change orders, and other project-related documents.

Job Details:

• Performing administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, minutes meeting, answering phone calls, and organizing project data.
• Preparing and organizing project documents such as contracts, permits, specifications, and plans.
• Communicating with project stakeholders including managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure they are aware of project timelines, goals, and requirements.
• Collecting, reviewing, and tracking project progress and performance reports.
• Updating project schedules and timelines as necessary and preparing reports that highlight project status and key metrics.
• Ensuring that project documentation is properly filed and readily accessible for those who need to access it.
• Coordinating with vendors to purchase supplies and materials for the construction projects.
• Assist in creating and managing budgets and tracking expenses to ensure that all costs fall within the budget allocated for the project.
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining project compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Assisting the project team in any other duties that may arise to ensure the successful completion of the project.

Requirements:

• Knowledge in construction industry will be highly advantageous.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or higher in related discipline.

• Responsible for doing general office upkeep and maintenance of facilities.
• Handle purchase of stationery, keep inventory of all fixed assets and equipment and track of monthly office expenses and verification of supplier invoices.
• Support in payroll preparation and general HR administration.
• Attend in worker’s matter such as arranging worker’s dormitory, transportation, work injury cases, etc.
