JOB DESCRIPTION
- Plan and execute short- and long-term sales and marketing activities to achieve Company objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationship with clients and stakeholders.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing goals for the team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
- Assisting in due diligence reviews for prospective new property acquisition(s).
- To assist the Department Head to develop the framework for the corporate management system, and coordinate across all the Functional Departments to standardize company’s rules & regulations.
- Gathering and analyzing the data based on the company’s performance appraisal policies for Managements, Subsidiaries and Functional Departments.
- Conduct market research and systematically collect and summarize the construction market information for the Management to make decisions.
- To identify the benchmark companies from industry, and carry out consistent monitoring and learn from their successful management experience and competitive advantages.
- Responsible for planning and implementing the company’s social media platform and write effective marketing content to achieve social media campaign objectives.
- Liaise with Beijing HQ effectively, take charge of processing of incoming correspondences, distribution, follow-up, and response.
- Preparing the important reports to Beijing HQ, including annual operations review, performance appraisal reports etc.
Skills and Specifications
- Degree in any discipline, background with economics, construction management, business administrations or real estate is an advantage.
- Good command of both English and Chinese is a must, with excellent proficiency in written Chinese (In order to liaise with the Chinese speaking associates)
- At least of 8 year of related working experience
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Multi-tasking ability, resourceful and creative
- Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel and Power Point.
