We are currently seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Loan Executives. This position is open to fresh graduates who are eager to kickstart their career in the banking industry. As a Loan Executive, you will be responsible for various tasks related to loan creation, disbursement of SME loans, and processing audit confirmation requests.
Responsibilities:
1) Process of audit confirmation request and reconciliation.
2) Perform completeness check on audit request form/ online request from customers/auditors.
3) Verification of customers/ auditors' instruction against bank systems
4) Attend to enquiries from stakeholders pertaining to request handling.
5) Process of loan creation & disbursement of SME loans.
6) Manage exception cases and escalate to team lead if necessary.
Requirements:
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data input.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills to handle enquiries from stakeholders.
- Ability to manage exception cases and escalate issues as needed.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Open to fresh graduates with a strong interest in banking and finance.
- Familiarity with banking systems and processes is a plus.
