- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on construction equipment and tools.
- Communication: Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other team members to ensure project goals are met.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure that all safety protocols are followed on-site and report any safety hazards or incidents.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of construction activities, changes to plans, and any issues encountered.

Qualifications:
- Education: A diploma or degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is often preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a construction role or technical position is beneficial.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and using construction software.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure high-quality work and adherence to specifications.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Manage construction activities and progress independently
• Able to understand structural drawing, specifications and requirements
• Supervise structural/architectural works, co-ordinate with client's representatives
• Supervise and lead a team of workers and sub contractor to perform on site work
• Resolve design site problems encountered during the construction period
• Ensure the quality of work
• Responsible for implementing the work plan of the Project Manager
• Prepare daily progress report and work schedule
• Oversee quality control and safety and health matters on site
• Attend project meetings
• Other ad-hoc tasks within the Manager’s capability

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor's or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Min 8 years of working experience
• Good communication skill and able to interact with all level of staff
• Good team player, keen desire to learn, contribute, advance and progress with the company

Job Description:

• Attend site meetings with consultants
• Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues
• Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications / drawings
• Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to M&E works
• Supervise the progress of M&E works on site
• Coordination of sub-contractor's M&E work and ensuring the work is on schedule

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 5 years of working experiences in main-con compaines, preferably in large scale projects
• Able to work independently and possess strong leadership quality
