Responsibilities
. Prepare and estimate pre-tender and budgetary costing and submission.
. Prepare Bills of Quantities, estimate cost and call quotations including analyzing and evaluating for costing of tender.
. Study and identify discrepancies in tender /contract documents and raise queries for clarifications.
. Prepare LOI/LOA, awarding Subcontractors.
. Contract administration and documentation including Monthly progress claims, Variation Works with the Clients /Main Contractors.
. Evaluation and certify sub-contractors progress claims, variation works including contract administration.
. Other quantity surveying related duties for projects.
Requirements
. Degree, Diploma in Quantity Surveying or any relevant discipline
. Min 1 year of experience in similar field (interior design, furniture & fixtures, etc)
. Work independently with minimum supervision
. Highly organised and detail – oriented
