• Coordinate construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors, fostering effective communication and teamwork.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and site records.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks, implementing appropriate measures to ensure project success.
• Provide technical support to junior engineers and construction personnel.

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma or Nitec qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in construction site engineering.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools (AutoCAD, MS Office, etc.).
