• Review and analyze the cost and schedule for the project based on the estimated budget.
• Familiar with all the contract requirements for the construction project.
• Monitor and control budgetary spending and billings as well as assist with the development of capital project budgets and forecasts.
• Review and negotiate with the contractors, and cost savings strategies from rough order to final price approvals.
• Preparation of a detailed program for the site team to follow accordingly to complete the scheduled work on time.
• Prepare progress reports & liaise with respective departments/clients.
• Participate in meetings & presentation budgets/forecast findings.

Job requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Civil engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience at Construction site offices, preferably includes reclamation projects (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Advanced knowledge of MS office programs
• Company transport at Joo Koon & Bouna Bista MRT stations

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Civil Engineering
• Min of 5 years Site Construction management experience
• Railway/Trackwork project experience is a plus
